					<description>I took a &quot;management&quot; employment test for one of the places I interviewed a while back.  There were a lot of questions about &quot;would you report an employee caught stealing pens to HR&quot; and stuff like that.  I can't imagine anyone actually failing it, because if you *are* the sort to have ethical issues then you won't have any problems lying and selecting the (obvious) answer the employer wants to hear.  A waste of time and fairly silly, IMHO.</description>
