I took a “management” employment test for one of the places I interviewed a while back. There were a lot of questions about “would you report an employee caught stealing pens to HR” and stuff like that. I can’t imagine anyone actually failing it, because if you *are* the sort to have ethical issues then you won’t have any problems lying and selecting the (obvious) answer the employer wants to hear. A waste of time and fairly silly, IMHO.
What was funny about the whole thing was the “practice test” link within the story. You can take a free test to see how you’ll do during the real interview.
